The former factory and tobacco warehouses of the historic “Papastratos” tobacco company in Piraeus have been radically transformed into a pioneering complex of high-standard office spaces and parking facilities. The renovation was carried out with respect to the site’s architectural identity and with a strong focus on sustainable development, in line with the strictest international standards. The project has been certified with LEED Gold and LEED Platinum, confirming its commitment to energy efficiency, environmental responsibility, and user well-being. VECTOR undertook the construction of the project on behalf of the contractor Elin Technical, while the project owner was Dimand. A standout feature of the complex is the seven-story parking building, which incorporates vertical greenery, contributing to the enhancement of the site’s bioclimatic character.
