In August 2018, VECTOR undertook, on behalf of DIMAND, the project owner, and the contractor Elin Technical S.A., the management of the EPC (Engineering – Procurement – Construction) project for the development of the first Moxy hotel in Greece, one of Marriott’s fastest-growing boutique brands. Moxy Patra Marina is a vibrant and design-forward hotel, developed across seven levels. It features 116 modern rooms, a stylish lobby with a central bar, a cozy breakfast area, a fully equipped business center, a swimming pool, and a striking rooftop bar offering panoramic views of the marina. The basement level accommodates the hotel’s operational needs, contributing to its smooth and efficient functionality.
