VECTOR successfully delivered the complete interior renovation of 140 guest rooms at Doryssa Village, located in Pythagoreio, Samos. Covering a total area of more than 3,600 sq.m., the project was completed within a particularly demanding timeframe through the EPCM (Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management) delivery model. The scope of works included the full range of interior architectural, construction and MEP installations, aimed at upgrading both the functionality and aesthetics of the guestrooms, while preserving the external appearance and architectural character of the existing buildings. A distinctive aspect of the project was the unique identity of Doryssa Village, a resort conceived as a collection of neighbourhoods inspired by the traditional architecture of different villages across Samos. This distinctive concept celebrates the island’s cultural heritage and local character, creating an authentic sense of place.
