VECTOR undertook the construction of a modern residential building in Athens, applying the EPCM (Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management) method to ensure full control and coordination across all project phases — from design to delivery. The building is located in the Ellinoroson area in Athens and consists of six floors with a pilotis and rooftop, with a total built area of 740 sq.m. It includes 25 one-bedroom studio apartments, five per floor from the 1st to the 5th floor, and five one-bedroom maisonettes with internal lofts on the 6th floor.
