VECTOR undertook the renovation of an office building with a total surface area of 4,500 sq.m. in Kallithea, Attica, consisting of a ground floor, five office levels, a rooftop, and an underground parking area, on behalf of Prodea Investments. The project was executed using the EPCM (Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management) method and included extensive structural reinforcement works and upgrades to the existing structural elements, in full compliance with modern seismic regulations. At the same time, a complete upgrade of the electromechanical systems was carried out, integrating smart energy solutions aimed at reducing consumption and achieving high energy efficiency. The building is BREEAM In-Use certified, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainable development and environmental responsibility.
