Pre-construction services

At VECTOR, early involvement is key to project success. By integrating into the pre-construction phase, we provide valuable insights on feasibility, cost, and constructability, ensuring a smooth transition into construction. Our proactive approach minimizes risks, enhances efficiency, and optimizes project outcomes through strategic planning and expert coordination.

Early Contractor Involvement (ECI)

VECTOR’s early involvement in the project enables us to offer valuable input on the feasibility, cost, and constructability of the project prior to the commencement of construction. This enhances overall efficiency while minimizing the risk of delays or cost overruns. Our participation in the planning phase ensures that the project is designed with practical insights from those responsible for its execution, thereby facilitating improved outcomes in terms of budget (Value Engineering), timelines, and quality.

Design Project Management (D-PM)

In support of Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and to enhance process control, a comprehensive project management approach is proposed during the design phase. Throughout this phase, VECTOR ensures that the design is both feasible and cost-effective, while aligning with the overall project objectives, thereby establishing a solid foundation for the construction phase. This process involves close collaboration between architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to identify and address potential issues at an early stage, ensuring the seamless progression of the project.

Construction services

VECTOR delivers expert construction management through our EPCM model, ensuring cost efficiency, quality control, and seamless execution. By overseeing procurement, engineering, and construction, we provide investors with greater control and flexibility. Our tailored solutions, including Cost Plus Fee and Lump Sum Turnkey options, guarantee efficiency, transparency, and optimal project outcomes.

EPCM

Engineering Procurement Construction Management

VECTOR possesses extensive experience in the EPCM method. We are responsible for overseeing the value engineering, procurement, and construction phases of a project. In this approach, we manage and coordinate various subcontractors and suppliers. Investors retain greater control over the project while benefiting from the contractor’s expertise in managing costs, schedules, and quality throughout the project lifecycle. VECTOR functions as a technical service for the investor, providing a significant advantage: the reduction of project costs through the elimination of the general contractor’s profit.

Additionally, Financial Management services (EPCM-FM) are offered, wherein VECTOR functions as the investor’s in-house accounting service, providing comprehensive financial management for the construction project.

Cost Plus Fee (Cost+F)

In this arrangement, investors settle the actual cost of construction, encompassing labor, materials, and other expenses, in addition to a predetermined fee for the construction management services. This structure offers flexibility to accommodate changes during the construction process.

Lump sum turnkey (Ls)

In this type of collaboration, VECTOR delivers a fully completed project for a fixed price, ready for immediate use by the client. We assume responsibility for all aspects of the project, managing every phase from inception to completion, and ensuring that the project is handed over to the client fully operational.
