AB Vassilopoulos

In 2017, Vector managed EPC (Engineering-Procurement – Construction) to renovate the AB Vassilopoulos store on Mitropoleos street in downtown Athens, where the contractor was Elin Technical SA.

The formation of the premises was done with respect to the history of the building, which is listed, combining harmoniously modern and vintage elements, ensuring its identity is preserved.

The store develops in 3 levels. The basement, a part of which functions as a retail space, while the rest is a storage space. The ground floor, which is a retail space and loft, which functions as an office space.

Vector has taken over EPC Management in other AB Vassilopoulos stores such as in Kallithea and Zakynthos.
