VECTOR undertook the construction of two modern residential buildings in Athens, applying the EPCM (Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management) method to ensure full control and coordination across all project phases — from design to delivery. The first building is located in the Ellinoroson area in Athens and consists of six floors with a pilotis and rooftop, with a total built area of 740 sq.m. It includes 25 one-bedroom studio apartments, five per floor from the 1st to the 5th floor, and five one-bedroom maisonettes with internal lofts on the 6th floor. The second building is located in Pagrati and consists of seven floors with a pilotis, basement, and rooftop, with a total built area of 740 sq.m. It features 24 one-bedroom studio apartments, four per floor from the 1st to the 6th floor, along with one one-bedroom apartment and one one-bedroom maisonette on the 7th floor. Both projects offer high-quality urban living in two vibrant neighborhoods of Athens.
