VECTOR undertook the construction of the IKEA store in Crete, with a total surface area of approximately 10,000 sq.m., located within the TOP Parks retail complex in the 2 Aorakia area. This is the largest IKEA store built in Greece since the COVID-19 pandemic, further strengthening the brand’s presence in the Greek market.
The project was delivered on behalf of the Fourlis Group, continuing our long-standing and successful collaboration.
The store spans two levels. The ground floor (6,800 sq.m.), housing the main retail area and the Swedish Deli restaurant and the basement (2,800 sq.m.), serving as the storage and logistics area.
The project was executed using the EPCM (Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management) method, ensuring on-time delivery and completion below budget, in line with our commitment to quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
