VECTOR undertook, on behalf of DIMAND, the project owner, and the contractor Elin Technical S.A., the renovation and energy upgrade of the former Eleftherotypia office building — a high-demand project that redefines the functionality and sustainability of a landmark property. The project was implemented using the EPCM (Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management) method, ensuring full control over all stages of construction. The building consists of seven floors and two underground parking levels, and its reconstruction was carried out in accordance with the new, more demanding LEED v4.1 certification system. This project combines advanced technical solutions, energy efficiency, and environmental responsibility, delivering a model professional space that meets the needs of the modern era.
