The building consists of 25 modern one-bedroom studio apartments. Specifically, floors 1 to 5 accommodate 5 units per floor, while the 6th and 7th floors each include 2 apartments. The 8th floor hosts a single one-bedroom apartment. The development is defined by its functional design and efficient use of space, meeting the demands of contemporary urban living.
