VECTOR undertook the construction of a residential building in Athens, applying the EPCM (Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management) method to ensure full control and coordination across all project phases — from design to delivery. The buiding is located in Pagkrati and consists of seven floors with a pilotis, basement, and rooftop, with a total built area of 740 sq.m.. it features 24 one – bedroom studio apartments, four per floor from the first to the 6th floor, alongwith one one-bedroom apartment and one one-bedroom maisonette on the 7th floor.
